About BCMI
Mike Boyle founded BCMI in 1994 after working as a Project Manager for several years at other large, Indy-based construction companies. He began with a handful of dedicated employees and focused on building and remodeling franchise restaurants as well as other interior remodeling projects. Through hard work and steady growth, BCMI has evolved into a well-established and highly regarded general contractor that employs over 30 talented people.
BCMI currently focuses on larger commercial construction projects, primarily in the Midwest, but has also completed projects throughout the US. We build a wide variety of public and privately funded projects ranging from mixed-use buildings to large trucking facilities, and everything in between, including public schools, libraries and fire stations.
Over the past 30+ years, Mike and his team have built a culture of success that should help define and guide the company well into the future. Today Mike oversees day-to-day operations at a high level but relies on his leadership team to work out most details. He also remains actively involved in business development, estimating, and strategic planning at BCMI, and plans to continue leading the company for years to come.

The BCMI field team came together for our Q3 Safety Meeting, hosted by RMS. This quarter’s focus was fire safety, giving everyone a chance to brush up on important procedures and best practices before heading out to the job sites for the day.
We always enjoy getting our field crew together — especially when it involves homemade biscuits & gravy for breakfast! We also celebrated our Superintendent Mike`s birthday with a little cake at 7 AM, because why not? 🤷♂️ 🎂
Good food, great people, and an important safety refresher — not a bad way to start the workday!

BCMI & @streetlifedesign hosted a small gathering at Simon Moon Park, bringing together members of the project team and community partners for lunch and a tour of the progress on Phase 2.
This project has been 8 years in the making, and we’re now just ONE MONTH from the finish line! 🏁 It’s exciting to see years of planning, teamwork, and quality construction come together for the community.
The countdown is on! 👏 Thanks to all who came out!

While Mother Nature was putting on a show, our team has been making great progress at Krannert Park on the west side of Indianapolis!
Here`s what`s been completed so far:
✔️ New shelter installed
✔️ New seawall complete
✔️ New dock installed
✔️ Asphalt laid for the future pickleball & basketball courts
✔️ Playground area prepped
✔️ Trail paving is underway
These improvements are going to create an incredible space for the community to enjoy for years to come, and we`re proud to be part of bringing this project to life. The finish line 🏁 is getting closer, and we can`t wait to share the final transformation. Stay tuned for more updates! 🌳

🚧 Project Progress Update | Simon Moon Park Phase 2 🌳 It`s exciting to watch this project continue to take shape!
🌊 The new Outdoor Classroom overlooking the water is approximately 75% complete and is sure to become one of the park`s standout features.
✔️ One brand-new park shelter is complete, while the existing shelter has been refreshed with a brand-new roof.
❄️ Construction is also underway on the new Winter Pavilion, which will be the perfect place to gather and warm up while watching families enjoy the sledding hill during the winter months.
This park is transforming into a true year-round destination, and we`re proud to play a role in bringing these new amenities to the Westfield community. We can`t wait to share more progress as we get closer to the finish line!
