Mike Boyle, President

Mike founded BCMI in 1994 after working for other large Indianapolis area construction firms.  His vision of owning and operating a local firm focused on employee and client success has come to fruition through years of hard work and dedication.  He attributes much of the current success to surrounding himself with knowledgeable team members who take pride in each and every project.  Mike remains involved in business development, estimating, operations, and strategic planning at BCMI and has established a culture of success that will be evident for years to come.

Steve Coughlin, Vice President

Steve joined BCMI in 2001 as a Project Manager, bringing with him decades of experience. In 2005, Steve was promoted to Vice President of Operations and has played a pivotal role in the growth of BCMI over the past 20+ years. He utilizes his long-standing relationships with engineers, architects, our project management team, and subcontractors to drive project design, schedules, and budgets. His hands-on approach to overseeing all our Design Build projects has been a proven success, resulting in numerous repeat customers over the years.

Jim Marchino

Jim Marchino, CFO

Jim joined BCMI in 2020 and brings an outside perspective influenced by decades of management experience in Fortune 500 companies. Jim is a former CPA with a BS in Accounting from Indiana University and an MBA from the University of Southern California. His responsibilities include managing the financial and accounting operations, strategic planning, risk management, developing and documenting business processes and procedures, and assisting with the overall growth of the company.

John Finlay

John Finlay, Director of Operations

John is a 2007 Graduate from IUPUI with a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management and an Associate's Degree in Civil Engineering Technology. He joined BCMI in 2011 as a Project Coordinator and worked as a Site Superintendent and Project Manager before being promoted to Director of Operations. In his current role, John oversees all of our public bid projects and a select group of private projects. He is also heavily involved with our estimating department and works closely with owners to ensure the initial project budget and vision align.

Darren Matthews, General Superintendent

Darren started with BCMI in 2005 as a Site Superintendent and has overseen many of BCMI's high-profile projects over the years. Before joining BCMI, Darren owned and operated a commercial and residential framing business, which is the foundation for his success today. As our General Superintendent, Darren is our eyes and ears in the field. He works with and oversees all of our site superintendents and field personnel to ensure each project is running smoothly.
